Ward Blanken is a Senior Scientist USP at Bilthoven Biologicals with previous experience as a Scientist and Sr. Manufacturing Process Specialist at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Blanken is also the Co Founder of ALCUSO, where Ward specialized in industrial cultivation of microalgae. Blanken holds a PhD in Bioprocess engineering from Wageningen University & Research, with a background in Biotechnology.
