Will Laughlin is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Bilt Rewards since January 2021. Previously, Will held various engineering roles at Sema4, a health information company within the Mount Sinai Health System, from October 2017 to January 2021, culminating as Lead Software Engineer. Prior to Sema4, Will worked as a Software Developer at LUZ, Inc. and held internships in web development at Capital Market Exchange and Sourcemap. Will earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Trinity College-Hartford in 2013.
