Caroline Bertland has held a variety of roles in their professional career. In 2010, they were a Student Ambassador for Lund University School of Economics and Management, where they represented the school at various fairs, lectures and meetings. In 2012, they were a Board Member for Västgöta Nation, and also held a Summer Internship at Vageler & Christiansen GmbH Lübeck. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Lidl Sverige in various roles, including Team Lead Talent Management/Learning & Development and HR-specialist Talent Management/Learning & Development. In 2019, they became Head of People Operations at WorkShop The Consumer Experience Agency, where they were responsible for all strategic HR operations and led a team of four. Her key responsibilities included driving and delivering on the people strategy, coaching and advising managers, translating business strategies into people and organizational priorities, and digitalizing HR processes. In 2022, they began working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Billogram.

Caroline Bertland attended Lund University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Degree of Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics with a focus on Managing People, Knowledge and Change. In 2011, they completed an Exchange Semester at Maastricht University, where they completed Minors in Marketing and Management.
