Operations Team Member at Homebox (previously Billing Better)

Connor Cast has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Connor started their career in 2012 as a Customer Care Representative at Home Assistance UK (HAUK) Limited. From there, they moved on to Total, where they worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Connor joined OmniServ Ltd. as a Team Leader but left after a few months in 2017. Connor then worked as a Postman at Royal Mail from 2017 to 2019.

In 2019, Connor began pursuing their passion for photography and worked as a Freelance Photographer at Connor Cast Photography. This venture is ongoing, as indicated by the absence of an end date.

Connor also gained experience in logistics management. Connor worked as a Logistics Assistant at Autosmart International from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Amazon Logistics as an Operations Trainer, transitioning to the role of Operations Supervisor in 2021.

Most recently, Connor became a member of the Operations Team at Billing Better starting in September 2022.

Through these roles, Connor has developed a strong skill set in customer service, logistics, and operations management.

Connor Cast completed a Diploma in Professional Photography from The Photography Institute in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an HND in Music Performance, General from The Academy Of Contemporary Music in the years 2009-2010. Their educational journey started at Holy Trinity C Of E Secondary School, where they attended from 2003-2008.
