Jessi Lee, MBA PHR, currently serves as the HRIS and Payroll Supervisor at Billerud since March 2017, having previously held the roles of HRIS and Compensation Analyst within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an HR Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Johnson Electric from January 2013 to February 2017, where recommendations for process improvements and policy changes were made while aligning compensation programs with legal standards. Earlier positions include serving as a Human Resources Generalist at MIDWEST THERAPY ASSOCIATES, INC. from 2006 to 2011, overseeing all HR matters and payroll, and as an Office Support Specialist at United Rehabilitation Services from 2003 to 2006. Jessi Lee holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts & Sciences from Sinclair Community College.
