Jason Schillinger is a seasoned environmental professional with over 25 years of experience in water management and landfill operations. Currently serving as the Lead Environmental Water Technician and Landfill Manager at Billerud since April 2022, Jason previously held the same title at Verso Corporation for 23 years. Jason is a WIDNR Licensed Landfill Manager and a WIDNR Certified Wastewater Operator (Grade 4). Earlier experience includes working as a Biosolids Landspreading Consultant and a Corporate Environmental Co-Op at Consolidated Papers Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing landspreading programs and nutrient testing for wastewater treatment facilities. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Soil Science with a minor in Natural Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
