Robert Klöpper has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Robert started their career as an apprentice at Renaissance Hotels and gained experience in various roles. Robert then worked at Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel as a Barman and later as a Head Bartender. Robert continued their career at London Marriott Hotel Canary Wharf, where they served as a Bar Supervisor and later as the Restaurant and Bar Manager. Klöpper then joined London Marriott Hotel Park Lane as the F&B Manager, where they successfully restructured the Food & Beverage departments and implemented new events and promotions. Robert further expanded their skills at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, working as the Pool & Beach Manager during the pre-opening phase, followed by roles as the In-Room Dining Manager and Outlets Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Bill & Coo Mykonos.
Robert Klöpper completed their education from 2007 to 2010 at Albrecht-Dürer-Schule, Berufskolleg Düsseldorf, where they obtained a degree in Hotel Catering and Management, specifically in the field of the Hotel Industry. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including "Working with Your Personal Strengths and Weaknesses" from LinkedIn in December 2021, "WSET Examen with Merit Level 2" from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust in June 2018, "Personal License Holder" from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets in February 2015, "Bronze Connoisseur" from Classic Single Malt Whisky Selection in July 2012, and "Licensed Adviser" from Deutsches Weininstitut, The German Wine Institute i.e. Wines of Germany worldwide in August 2009.
