Madison Gebhard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational capability and human capital consulting. Currently serving as the Manager of Business and Organizational Capability at BILL since October 2023, Madison previously held various roles at Egon Zehnder, including Team Lead and Senior Associate in Organizational Effectiveness from March 2021 to October 2023. Prior experience includes Program Manager for People Insights at Lyft and Chief of Staff & Global Practice Specialist at Egon Zehnder, alongside consulting work for In-Lend Fund focused on poverty alleviation. Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Claremont McKenna College, earned between 2012 and 2016.
