Kapil Bansal currently serves as the Sr. Director and Head of Product for Payments, Banking & Working Capital at Bill.com, overseeing a portfolio of fintech products with significant financial responsibilities. Prior to this role, Kapil held various senior positions at Indeed and Amazon, where responsibilities included leading product strategies for enterprise employers and managing global pricing and promotions for millions of SKUs. Additionally, Kapil co-founded Mobikasa, a digital marketing agency, and has extensive experience in product management from roles at Credit Suisse, IBM, and other organizations. Kapil holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics in Finance from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering & Management from the University of Minnesota.
