Yasmin Benaleten is a qualified psychologist with extensive experience in the fields of counseling and consulting. Since December 2020, Yasmin has been working at Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft e.V. as a psychologist. Prior to this role, Yasmin served as an associate consultant at JCW from December 2019 to June 2020, focusing on external recruiting within the IT risk and governance markets in Germany. Yasmin is currently pursuing advanced training in systemic therapy and counseling at Helm Stierlin Institut, with an expected completion in December 2024. Yasmin holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from the same institution.
