Steffen Koch is a skilled service management professional with extensive experience in coordinating and planning service tasks on a global scale. Currently serving as Service Manager at BILA A/S since September 2022, Steffen has previously held the position of Service Manager - Scandinavia at Signode Denmark ApS from July 2018 to August 2022. Prior to that, Steffen spent a decade at Lachenmeier, first as a Service Technician focused on installation and various service tasks, and later as a Service and Installation Planner responsible for technical customer support, mobile communication, and technical challenge management. Steffen's early career includes a role as a Maintainer at Danfoss, contributing to the maintenance of pressure and temperature sensor production.
