Ian has had over 29 years practical experience in the IT field, with an emphasis on data communications and networked systems. Ian has spent the past 10 years involved with all aspects of design, implementation, support, and installation project management of gaming management systems (Club and Casino users) in Australia and overseas. On joining Biko in February 2001, Ian took on the role of project management/customer liaison for the implementation of a major web-based data acquisition/database reporting system and an enhancement/expansion project for a major online shopping website
