Surya Prakash is an experienced factory manager currently working at Bikaji Foods International Ltd. in India since September 2021. Prior to this role, Surya served as Plant Head at UTTAMVISHNU SNACKS PVT LTD for a brief period and as Plant Manager at SAA VISHNU BAKERS PRIVATE LIMITED CMU PEPSICO. Additionally, Surya was the operation coordinator at SAMAIRA AGRIFOODS PRIVATE LIMITED CMU ITC from November 2017 to November 2020. Surya holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Patna, earned between 2020 and 2023, a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, obtained from 2015 to 2017, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from SDM College of Engineering & Technology, Dharwad, completed in 2014.
