Rohan Mishal has over 8 years of work experience in product management, training, systems, operations, and consumer affairs. From 2013 to present, they have been employed at BigRentz, Inc. where they have held the roles of Director of Product Management, Senior Product Manager, Product Development Manager, Training Manager, Systems Manager, and Operations Manager. In this role, they identified process improvements and data infrastructure enhancements to support and scale operational efficiency and effectiveness. Rohan also collaborated with department managers to develop curriculum and lead comprehensive training course for new hires, as well as led recruitment efforts. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Fisker Automotive as a Global Training Specialist and Global Consumer Affairs Team Lead. In their role as Global Training Specialist, they assisted in the development of the award winning Advanced Hybrid Diagnostics technical training course and various pre-requisite courses. Rohan also managed all financial transactions related to training, including annual budget, dealer and importer-related fees, monthly invoice creation and balanced purchase orders. As Global Consumer Affairs Team Lead, they oversaw the largest dealer group in North America, providing guidance and support to deposit holders in regards to vehicle information, status and delivery dates, and assisted with training of new employees and contact center staff.

Rohan Mishal attended UC Irvine from 2005 to 2010, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. Prior to that, they attended Downey High School from 2001 to 2005.
