Jane Gleadall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and digital marketing. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Biglight since September 2006, Jane has led the agency in leveraging customer insight, UX, and design to enhance brand experiences through innovation and experimentation. Prior to Biglight, Jane served as Digital Director at Associated Newspapers, overseeing web development and trading revenues for Loot.com, and held various roles, including Ecommerce Director, at Dixons Stores Group. Early in Jane's career, a role as Marketing Manager for Travelodge at GRANADA GROUP PLC was undertaken. Jane holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Derby and a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.
