Darren Timmins is a seasoned professional in talent management and recruitment, with a career spanning over two decades. Since co-founding Animate in October 2015, Darren has served as Co-CEO, focusing on innovative talent acquisition solutions. Currently, Darren holds the role of Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder at Woowii, aiming to develop AI-driven anti-bias hiring tools, and serves as a Board Advisor and Coach to the CEO of an emerging HR Technology company. Additional roles include Founding Member at HR Hive, Partner for Community & Talent Enablement at PollenLabs, and Investor at Team for the Planet, a non-profit focused on climate change. Darren also provides fractional HR and talent management support at Bigfoot and Software Experts, and previously led Search and Advisory units for various consultancy firms prior to 2015.
