Ian Burgess is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer service and IT service delivery across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at BigChange since September 2021, Ian focuses on customer growth and satisfaction. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Vice President Client Services & Service Delivery EMEA at Lumen Technologies, overseeing IT service management across various technologies. Ian also played a significant role at CenturyLink in various capacities, including Vice President Client Services & Service Delivery and Global Operations Director, where responsibilities included managing large teams and delivering complex solutions in the EMEA region. Ian's earlier career included positions at Intel Corporation as a System Administrator. Ian holds an MBA from Henley Business School, awarded in 2017.
