Rishad P has a work experience as a Software Engineer at BigBinary and neeto, starting from July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Student Researcher at the Cognitive Computing Research Centre (CCRC), FISAT from February 2019 to June 2021. Before that, they served as a Back End Developer at Fisat Consultancy Services from November 2018 to January 2020. Rishad also worked as a Web Developer at Techzia from March 2017 to 2020.

Rishad P completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Federal Institute of Science and Technology (FISAT) from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary education in Computer Science from ASM Higher Secondary School from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Rishad P has also obtained certifications in Server-side Development with NodeJS, Express, and MongoDB from Coursera in June 2020, and in Microsoft Technology Associate: Introduction to Programming using Python from Microsoft in August 2018.
