Philip Huerter has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Philip started their career as an Assistant Engineering Manager at AGPE in 2008 and later worked as an Architecture Assistant at URS Corporation. In 2011, they served as an Assistant Project Architect at Martin Benassi Architects and had responsibilities for architectural inspection and historical renovation projects. Philip then took on an Architectural Design Contract at SAKON in 2011. From 2012 to 2013, Philip worked as a Sales Engineering Manager at Microtech Inc, leading a global sales team and generating significant revenue. In 2012, they also joined BXNET Builders Exchange Network as an Architectural Engineer/Consultant, where they supported and enhanced builders exchanges and construction associations. Philip's next role was at MegaVolt Power in 2015, where they worked as a Project Engineer. In 2018, they became Director of Operations New England at BigBattery.com. In 2020, Philip joined Aptera Motors as a Design Engineer and also worked as a Project Engineer at Infinity Fuel Cell & Hydrogen.
Philip Huerter obtained a diploma in Industrial Design from Bishop Noll Institute in 1994. Philip then pursued a degree in Architecture, specializing in Architectural Engineering, at the University of Hartford from 2002 to 2008. In 2014, Philip began studying Project Management at Central Connecticut State University. Additionally, they have also undertaken various professional training programs including ISO 9001/AS9100 Internal Auditor in 2013, Lean Enterprise in 2013, and Six Sigma Black Belt in 2013.
