Matthew Malave has extensive experience at Big Y World Class Market, serving in various roles since December 2003, including IRT Business Support Manager, IRT Operations & Call Center Manager, IRT Operations Supervisor, Helpdesk Analyst, Computer Operator, and Store Employee, while gaining experience across multiple departments. Additionally, from December 2004 to March 2013, Matthew volunteered as the Head Coach for both basketball and baseball at Tigers AC. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, between 2007 and 2010, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Holyoke Community College from 2005 to 2007.
