Manuel Fernandez has over 25 years of experience in retail management, currently serving as Night Manager at Big Y World Class Market since March 2009, focusing on customer service, store operations, and personnel management. Prior roles include Assistant Deli Manager, where responsibilities included customer service, ordering, and inventory management. Previously, Manuel worked as Store Manager at Sedeco Furniture from August 1998 to December 2008, overseeing daily operations, customer service, and inventory control. Manuel also held the position of Retail Store Manager at Ambiente Moderno from July 1991 to July 1998, focusing on sales and daily operations. Manuel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Inter American University of Puerto Rico, completed in 1998.
