Kaylah Hughes is an accomplished professional in sports operations and event management, currently serving as Senior Director of Football Operations at the Big Ten Conference since October 2019. With a progressive career, Kaylah has held multiple roles within the Big Ten Conference, including Director and Assistant Director of Events and Operations, and Assistant Director of Football and Basketball Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Administrative Manager for the College Football 150th Anniversary and Athletics Operations & Events Coordinator at Old Dominion University. Additionally, Kaylah gained experience as a Business Development Intern with the Washington Commanders and as a Student Office Assistant for Football Recruiting Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kaylah holds a Master of Professional Studies in Sport Industry Management from Georgetown University, a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sport Science with a focus on Sport Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Certificate in Business Essentials from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
