SVP Of Development And Casting at Big Table Media

Megan Reeves has a diverse and extensive work experience in the media and entertainment industry. Megan began their career as a Senior Producer at Mike Mathis Productions, where they worked on various television shows for TLC. Megan then worked as a Freelance Producer, taking on multiple projects.

In 2010, Megan joined Gurney Productions as a Development Executive and Producer. During their time there, they were instrumental in developing and selling over 10 projects, including the popular A+E show, Duck Dynasty. Megan also worked on shows such as Auction Hunters, Monster Man, and American Guns.

Following their success at Gurney Productions, Megan joined 44 Blue Productions as a Development Producer. Megan played a key role in expanding their intellectual property by developing over 25 concepts and overseeing network presentations and pilots.

Next, Megan moved on to Zodiak USA as the VP of Development. Megan developed several series and presentations for networks like MTV, E!, and Travel Channel. Some notable projects include Beyond Dance for MTV and Primetime Planet for Travel Channel.

After their time at Zodiak USA, Megan joined MCR Creative Collective as a Development Consultant and Producer. Megan worked on various projects, including formatting Patti Stanger's Million Dollar Matchmaker for WeTV and serving as a Senior Producer on Twentieth Television's syndicated TV series Divorce Court.

Megan then had a successful tenure at GRB Studios as the SVP of Development. Megan oversaw content development for linear channels and digital platforms, leading a team of seven people. Megan worked on creating new formats, discovering talent, and establishing partnerships with clients such as Facebook, Oxygen, NBC's Blueprint, Buzzfeed, and Defy Media.

Currently, Megan is the SVP of Development at Big Table Media, where they are responsible for overseeing the development of new projects.

Megan Reeves attended Rutgers University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their primary fields of study were English Literature and Theater Arts. Prior to their time at Rutgers, Megan attended Hackensack High School, although no specific dates or degrees were provided for this period.
