Ashley Jones has extensive experience in technical support and educational assistance, currently serving as Help Desk Manager at Big Sur Technologies since September 2019, after fulfilling the role of Help Desk Administrator. Prior to this, Ashley worked in Pasco County Schools from October 2017 to September 2019 as an industrial assistant in a 4th/5th grade split classroom, focusing on special needs students and collaborating with staff to maintain a positive learning environment. Earlier in the career, Ashley held the position of Technical Support Manager at TransWorld Network, Corp. from March 2012 to August 2017, overseeing the operations of a Technical Support team and facilitating performance enhancements. Additionally, Ashley was a Team Lead at Computer Center USA from February 2010 to May 2012, providing remote troubleshooting for network and software issues. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree from Grand Canyon University and completed studies in computer and information management at FastTrain of Tampa from 2010 to 2012.
