Katarzyna Dembska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and food sustainability. Currently serving as a Judge at MassChallenge Switzerland since April 2024, Katarzyna previously held the position of Catalyst Program Director at the Global Entrepreneurship Centre, where leadership focused on enhancing international startups through mentorship and partnerships. Earlier roles included Catalyst Program Manager, Nutrition Advisor for the European Commission, and Research Project Manager at the Barilla Foundation, contributing significantly to sustainable food initiatives. Katarzyna has also lectured externally at various educational institutions and worked as a dietitian, providing counseling and designing workshops for diverse populations. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and advanced degrees in Food Science and Dietetics from the University of Florence.
