Simon Biu has a diverse work experience in the creative field. Simon currently holds the position of Head of Community Engagement at Big Sky Studios, where they have been working since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Studio Manager at the same company starting in October 2020. Simon also has experience as a Studio Assistant at Big Sky Studios from January 2019 to October 2020. Before joining Big Sky Studios, Simon worked as a Senior Creative at CDSMEDIA UK LIMITED starting in August 2013. In this role, they were responsible for filming and editing music videos, commercials, and brand videos. Simon also handled client communication, bookings, and developed customer relationships. Simon began their career as a self-employed Creative in October 2008.

Simon Biu attended Stoke Newington School, where they studied Mass Communication/Media Studies.
