Deborah Daccord is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in healthcare and community organizations. Currently serving as a Partner at Mintz since September 1995, Deborah also holds the position of Managing Director at Golden Seeds. Deborah is a Member of the Board of Trustees at Lasell Village and actively participates in Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry as a Member. Previously, Deborah held the role of Past Chair of the Board of Directors at the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston and has been involved with Fenway Community Health as a member of both the Board of Visitors and the Board of Directors. Deborah's recent experience includes serving as a Board Member for CaringBridge until November 2023 and as a Board of Directors member at the Brookline Community Mental Health Center from June 2012 to December 2014. Deborah's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and an ALB in Extension Studies from Harvard University.
