V Dougherty

Fiscal and Employee Services Director at Big Reuse

V Dougherty has a diverse work experience in various administrative, financial, and bookkeeping roles. They started their career in 2002 as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager at David Netto Design/NettoCollection. From there, they worked as an Administrator at Digital Image Design Inc, managing the business's tax compliance, HR, and bookkeeping. In 2004, they also worked as a Prop Stylist/Decorator as a freelancer for various clients.

In 2007, V Dougherty joined Caladocious, LLC as a Bookkeeper, where they created operational systems for payroll, budget forecasting, and cash flow management. They also worked closely with the studio manager on special projects.

From 2008 to 2014, V Dougherty worked as a Contract Financial Consultant at Pipia Cohen & Co, assisting clients with audit and overhaul of bookkeeping and internal process systems.

In 2011, Dougherty became the Business Manager at House of Yes/Skybox, where they designed the administrative structure for an aerial theatre/community art center. Lastly, V Dougherty joined Big Reuse in 2015 as the Fiscal and Employee Services Director. In this role, they built HR, fiscal, and training policies and practices for the environmental and social justice organization. They supervised cash flows, performed financial projections, and wrote budgets.
