Jen Ward is an experienced Account Director currently at BIG Partnership since July 2021 and previously held the same title at Stripe Communications for over seven years, where career progression included roles as Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Senior Account Executive. Prior experience includes serving as Account Executive at O'Leary RM Public Relations and as PR Executive at SWNS Media Group. Jen Ward holds a degree in Communication, Advertising and Public Relations from Edinburgh Napier University, completed in 2011, and has an academic background from Williamwood High School in Glasgow.
