Jim Heflin is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef for Big Onion Tavern Group since June 2014, Jim has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Culinary at RESTAURANTS-AMERICA, Corporate Concept Chef at Bar Louie, and Concept Chef at Red Star Tavern & Concepts America. Jim's culinary education includes studies at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
