Andrej Binder has a diverse work experience in the field of IT engineering and architecture. Andrej started their career in 2011 as a Technical Department Lead at ACS, spol. s r.o., where they managed all technical operations and implemented a new backbone network. In 2012, they joined TNO as a Scientist, Network Multimedia Systems, where they worked on CDN-related research and contributed to the standardization of CDN through organizations like IETF and ETSI. From 2013 to 2015, Andrej worked as an IT Infrastructure Architect at Ceske Radiokomunikace a. s. and as a Founder and IT Engineer at ITen s.r.o., where they provided consulting, implementation, and maintenance services for customers in service provider environments. In 2015, they became the Cloud Infrastructure Architect at Cipal Schaubroeck and the CTO/Lead Architect at LineFactory. In 2017, Andrej joined FRINX as a Network Architect and left in 2020. In 2019, they worked as the Technical Director at Galéria Jula Bindera and the Product Architect & CTO at Big Network. Andrej Binder's areas of expertise include core network design, troubleshooting, high availability and high-performance storage, cloud platforms, IPTV and VOD systems, CDN solutions, and network monitoring. Andrej also holds a PhD in FIIT from the Slovak University of Technology.

Andrej Binder has a strong educational background in computer science. From 2005 to 2011, they attended the Slovak University of Technology, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Systems and Networking. Following their master's degree, Andrej continued their studies at the same university and pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from 2011 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Andrej has also obtained a certification in CCNP Routing & Switching from Cisco, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
