Archana Raveendran is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and industrial automation, currently serving as a Freelance Talent Acquisition Consultant since September 2015 and as Sr. Manager-Talent Acquisition & CRM at Big Leap Solutions Pvt Ltd since January 2018. Archana has previous experience as an Automation and Process Improvement Consultant, collaborating with various manufacturing industries, and held a notable internship at Volvo Construction Equipment where a cost-effective supply chain framework was developed. As a Senior Project Engineer at Cimtrix Systems (P) Ltd, expertise was gained in PLC and HMI programming for special purpose machines. Archana holds multiple advanced degrees in Engineering/Industrial Management from Coventry University and M.S. Ramaiah University, as well as a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RV University, complemented by a diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from NTTF.
