Jenna Medina is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, education, and counseling. Currently working as a Barista at Starbucks since January 2021 and serving as Front Office Manager at Big League Dreams since April 2013, Jenna excels in employee training, schedule building, and event management. Previous roles include a School Counseling Intern at Santa Rosa Academy, where over 700 hours were spent assisting high school students with college and career preparations, and an Assistant Classroom Educator at Springs Charter Schools, focusing on lesson construction and classroom management for K-8 students. Jenna's early career includes positions such as Special Needs Program Assistant and Administrative Intern, providing support to children with special needs and conducting research on child development.
