Keshia Hyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and account management. Currently serving as an Account Specialist at Big I New York since October 2021, Keshia previously held the positions of Customer Service Representative and Head Teller at First National Bank of Dryden from December 2016 to October 2021. Keshia is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration at Empire State University, expected to be completed in April 2024, and holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from Tompkins Cortland Community College.
