Steve Underwood is an experienced professional with a strong background in retail and operations management. As the owner of Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More since May 2022, Steve focuses on retail sales of custom t-shirts and accessories. Simultaneously, as a managing member of EStaul LLC since May 2021, Steve contributes to the company's operations. Previously, Steve held the position of Vice President of Operations at Market Force Information from January 2001 to March 2021, overseeing client services and managing a team for customer intelligence projects. Steve's earlier roles include Manager of Branch Operations at SouthTrust Bank and Branch Manager at SunTrust Bank, as well as Customer Service Manager at Parisian. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, and Accounting from TN Wesleyan College, earned between 1990 and 1994.
