Ashley Dunseith Sinclair has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations. Starting in 2015, Ashley joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Services, Manager of Programs and Services, Supervisor of Programs and Services, Team Lead Mentoring Coordinator, and Mentoring Coordinator. Prior to that, Ashley worked at Canadian Tire from 2007 to 2015, primarily as a Customer Service Representative & Garden Center Attendant. Additionally, Ashley worked at District School Board of Niagara as an Academic Tutor from 2013 to 2015, where they implemented a Leveled Literacy Intervention program for struggling readers. At Brock University, Ashley had multiple roles, including Program Facilitator for the Recess Project, Teaching Assistant, and Research Assistant. Through their work at Brock University, Ashley facilitated seminars, provided guidelines and feedback to students, conducted research, and co-authored academic articles. Ashley Dunseith Sinclair began their education at Brock University in 2008, where they studied Child and Youth Studies and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
