VP, Advancement & Community Engagement at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star

Rachel Pillar has over 20 years of experience in child advocacy and community engagement. Currently serving as the Vice President of Advancement and Community Engagement at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star, Greater Tarrant since March 2006, Rachel has held multiple roles within the organization, including Director of mentor2.0 and Site Based Services, Match Support Coordinator, Program Staff Development Specialist, and Partnership Support Specialist. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Forensic Interviewer at Montgomery County Children's Advocacy Center from December 2003 to March 2006. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
