Hee Jeong Kim currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC, having progressed from Program Manager since joining in July 2019. Previous experience includes a role as Transitional Housing Coordinator at the Korean American Family Service Center from August 2018 to July 2019, and as an English Teacher at JEL Academy in 2017, where implementation of the English curriculum occurred across twelve classes, along with progress reporting for students. An internship at Yarntree Co., Ltd. involved resolving customer inquiries and translating documentation from Korean to English. Hee Jeong Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota, awarded in 2018.
