Thijs Lugard is an experienced operations and business unit manager with a strong background in engineering custom solutions, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment. Since October 2022, Thijs has served as the Director of Operations at BigBrother International, overseeing operations across three locations and managing customer relations in 17 countries. Prior to this role, Thijs held various managerial positions at ERIKS Nederland and Stork, a Fluor company, where responsibilities included full P&L oversight, team management, and business improvement initiatives. Thijs began their career as a part-time mechanic at Polymac B.V. and holds a Master of Science in Financial Management from Nyenrode Business University and a BBA in Marketing, International Business, Financial Management, and Organizational Behavior from IVA Driebergen.
