Cynthia Dotson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Big Bend Hospice since September 2022. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at SR Companies from November 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading human resources strategy related to organizational culture, leadership development, and legal compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at the Florida Institute of CPAs from June 2008 to October 2018, managing HR functions and aligning staff performance with strategic goals. Cynthia also worked as Human Resources Manager at the Institute for Intergovernmental Research from October 2001 to June 2008, where development and recruitment efforts were key, and as Northern Regional Human Resources Specialist at Youthtrack, Inc. from November 1998 to October 2001, overseeing HR operations across multiple locations. Early in the career, Cynthia was a Sales Coordinator at Peavey Electronics from April 1996 to April 1998.
