Stephen L. has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Stephen began their career as a Research Assistant to Prof. Nagle at the University of Notre Dame, where they conducted legal research on pollution, biodiversity, and the environmental law political process. After that, Stephen worked at Sedgwick LLP as an Associate, gaining valuable experience in the legal field. In 2012, they joined Big 5 Sporting Goods as a Corporate Counsel, responsible for providing legal support and advice to the company. Their exceptional performance led to their promotion to the position of Vice President, Legal Affairs in April 2021. Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated their expertise in legal matters and their ability to contribute effectively to different organizations.

Stephen L. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Notre Dame in 2005. Stephen then went on to attend Notre Dame Law School, where they obtained a J.D. degree from 2005 to 2008.
