Sonia Martinez is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and systems analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Big 5 Sporting Goods since 2015, Sonia has progressed through various roles including Director of Information Technology and Senior Project Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Director of IS and Project Management at REVShare and project management consulting at Freedom Communications Inc., where responsibilities spanned multiple business areas and project types. Earlier roles include Senior Systems Analyst positions at The Orange County Register and Volkswagen de México, as well as a Senior Programmer role at CESIT. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla.
