Jessica Presnall currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer, Vice President of Legal Affairs & Compliance, and has held various other legal and compliance roles at the Big 12 Conference since August 2015. Prior to this, Jessica worked as the Assistant Director of Compliance at Baylor University from May 2013 to August 2015. Jessica earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2013 and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Sports Public Relations from Oklahoma State University in 2010.
