Charles Lillicrap currently holds a position in Operations/Routing at Biffs Inc since February 2023, and is also exploring new opportunities. Prior to this, Charles worked as a Project Manager at Minnesota Roadways, Inc. from April 2019 to January 2023, overseeing project estimation, bid submissions, and the management of contractors. Charles has extensive experience in field operations as demonstrated during the tenure as Field Operations Supervisor at Biffs Inc. from 2014 to 2019, managing routing and coordination for over 1,000 units daily. Earlier roles include Unit Operations Coordinator and Child Life Associate at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, focusing on patient and family communication. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an Early Childhood Development Certificate from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
