Steven Hughes is an experienced Payroll Manager with a robust background in employee services and payroll management. Since January 2021, Steven has served as the Employee Services Payroll Manager at Biffa. Prior to this role, Steven worked as a Payroll Manager at Hammerson from June 2019 to January 2021, and held a similar position at Rank from October 2007 to March 2019, where responsibilities included payroll for 10,500 UK-based employees across 160 sites. Steven's education was completed at Prospect Secondary from 1983 to 1989.
