Sarah Parsons is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Biffa since June 2019. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions as Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Rotork from November 2015 to June 2019. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Lawyer in Corporate Advisory at ANZ from June 2008 to July 2015 and as Senior Associate at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP from September 1996 to May 2008, which included a secondment as a Lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills in 2000. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The University of Manchester and completed the Law Society Finals Course at The University of Law.
