Ariana Basel is the current Clinical Director at Bierman ABA. Ariana has been with the company for 6 years and 2 months, during which time they have held the positions of Clinical Director, Assistant Clinical Lead, and Assistant Clinical Lead. In their current role, they lead and develops a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Trainers, Training and Program Specialists, and Behavior Technicians through modeling, facilitating, and providing feedback. Ariana also drives growth and develops clinical skills of BCBAs by overseeing all acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies developed for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Additionally, they ensure that all client programming and progress is appropriate and adequate, reviews and approves all treatment plans and behavior support plans, conducts and oversees BCBAs implementing parent trainings, provides organization-wide team trainings, conducts initial assessments for potential clients, implements and trains BCBAs to run client assessments, such as VB-MAPP, Quick Language Assessment, Vineland Assessment, PEAK, Social Skills, AFILS, Essentials for Living etc., and trains BCBAs to analyze client data of skill acquisition programs and behaviors targeted for reduction and make clinical decisions based on the data.
