Andrew Dillon is an experienced professional in the arts and cultural sector, currently serving as the Impact and Engagement Manager at the Biennale of Sydney since June 2023. In this role, Andrew focuses on implementing new enterprise database, analytics, and sales software, enhancing process changes and leveraging tools for audience and philanthropy development. Prior to this, Andrew was the Manager of Visitor Services and Engagement at the Australian Museum, successfully expanding reach and influence during a period of record visitation. Andrew's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Belvoir, where responsibilities encompassed customer experience, ticketing, and user engagement across various departments, as well as a customer experience role at Sydney Festival. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Communications, and Media Studies from UNSW.
