Monika Figiel is an experienced professional in the field of research and development for cosmetic products, currently serving as a Technolog R&D at Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne since March 2018. With prior experience as an R&D Specialist and R&D Assistant at Scandia Cosmetics S.A., Monika has developed expertise in formulation, product portfolio preparation, physicochemical analysis, quality control, and internal audits of good manufacturing practices (GMP) in accordance with ISO 22716. Monika's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Microbiology, Hygiene, and Environmental Safety from the University of Warsaw and a Master's degree in Chemical Technology from the Krakow University of Technology, following an Engineering degree in the same field.
