Hattie Fletcher is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Reward & Benefits Manager at Bidwells since January 2019, with previous roles including HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, and HR Administrator. Hattie gained earlier experience at CLAAS as a Graduate Management Trainee and in various capacities, including Sales and Marketing Assistant and HR Assistant during a student placement. Hattie also worked at Waitrose & Partners as a Supermarket Assistant and served as an intern at Anglia Ruskin University's Lord Ashcroft International Business School. Hattie holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University, as well as CIPD qualifications and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute. Additional training includes teamwork and communication workshops and a presentation skills session, complementing a strong educational background with A Levels in Geography and Photography and 10 GCSEs.
